                        In 12 1/2 minutes I could have gathered all my ingredients, cooked my eggs and eaten and cleaned my dishes. What is going on, does he have a deviated septum? I’m sincerely worried about his breathing! I don’t like my eggs runny (“Creamy”) but his presentation looks beautiful!

                                              He's been eating his own cooking. It takes a lot of calories to sustain that weight, and it puts pressures on his neck which may be obstructing his larynx and hence producing his intermittent heaving breathing. No matter how good his food and his cooking technique are, he needs to keep processed carbs, especially white bread - who eats white bread anymore anyway - away or off his menus.

                                                                              Except that the microphone is a lavaliere that is clipped to his chest, which makes it so you can barely even hear the cameraman speak. Listen to 0:33 and you can hear how quiet they sound. That is absolutely the chef's breathing.

Watch it several times. It is not so easy to do this. Learn from a professional and try this method. I think you’ll find it very enjoyable!
